Responsabilidades
- Conduct regular farm visits to support the implementation and optimization of silage and probiotic solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to farmers, nutritionists, and feed mills on forage conservation, rumen health, and microbial solutions.
- Identify customer challenges and align appropriate technical and product solutions.
- Monitor product performance and provide structured feedback to internal teams and commercial partners.
- Support commercial partners and distributors by strengthening technical relationships with end users.
- Contribute to sell-out through technical support, ensuring correct product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in technical meetings, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Execute visit plans based on target farms defined by the Territory Business Manager.
- Map customer needs, identify opportunities, and support territory development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, technical activities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent and professional follow-up with assigned customers.
- Provide technical support to feed mills / premix and silage partners according to business priorities.
- Assist partners with implementation and technical positioning of silage and probiotic solutions.
- Support technical education and training initiatives.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s Degree in animal science, nutrition, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledgeable in ruminant nutrition and silage management.
- Self-starter and the ability to work without daily supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable and confident working in commercial dairy and beef operation setting.
- English communication skills are mandatory (spoken and written).
- Teamwork.
- Detail driven.
- Manage time and travel time efficiently.
- A team player with the LAN Sales, Technical Support and Marketing group interactions.
- Willingness to learn and perform various duties depending on the company’s needs.
- Strong Customer-centricity mindset.
- Driver’s license category B.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- A Masters of Science is preferred.
