Responsabilidades

• Design and guide processes that support a shift to more circular, sustainable operations.
• Work with farmers, chefs, managers and food teams to rethink how they source, produce and manage.
• Develop practical materials (maps, frameworks, tools) that people can use and adapt.
• Bring grounded, live insights into policy conversations and networks.
• Stay close to the field and keep our work practical, useful and honest.

Requisitos

• Experience in one or more of these areas: agriculture or regenerative farming, food processing or kitchen operations, restaurant, hospitality or HORECA management, food systems research, policy or strategy, systems thinking and adaptive ways of working.
• Have supported teams through change, especially toward more sustainable or community based practices.
• Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, even when things are complex.
• Work well independently, but enjoy collaborating in small, diverse teams.
• Care deeply about food, people and place and how they connect.
