Responsabilidades
- Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio.
- Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events.
- Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications.
- Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors.
- Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs).
- Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs).
- Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks.
- Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications.
- Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition.
- Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players.
- Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas.
- 5 years of experience
- Intermediate level in English
- Intermediate level in Spanish
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics
- Knowledge of application technology
- Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations
- Experience with adjuvants
