Responsabilidades

• Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio.
• Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events.
• Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications.
• Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors.
• Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs).
• Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs).
• Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks.
• Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications.
• Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition.
• Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players.
• Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas.
  • 5 years of experience
  • Intermediate level in English
  • Intermediate level in Spanish
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics
  • Knowledge of application technology
  • Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations
  • Experience with adjuvants
