Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the company’s business activities across the Goiás and MATOPIBA regions.
• Manage the commercial operation within the assigned territory.
• Prospect and develop new distributors and strategic customers.
• Conduct commercial negotiations in alignment with company policies.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on market growth and business development.
• Strengthen relationships with distribution channels and key accounts within the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Track commercial performance indicators and regional results.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the viability of commercial operations.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
• Report business results, market opportunities, and commercial developments to leadership.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
  • Advanced English skills required for communication with international leadership.
  • Proven experience within the agrochemical industry.
  • Strong background in commercial management and business development within agribusiness.
  • Experience working with agricultural distribution channels.
  • Proven track record in negotiating with distributors, cooperatives, and key accounts.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural market in Goiás and MATOPIBA.
  • Experience with crop protection products (agrochemicals).
  • Experience in opening and developing commercial territories.
  • Ability to analyze commercial performance indicators and manage business results.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • MBA, postgraduate degree, or specialization.
