Responsabilidades
- Execution, evaluation, and documentation of microbiological, and physical-chemical analyses. Follow internal protocols.
- Perform defined tasks, following standard practices and procedures, applying company policies and procedures to solve routine problems, making decisions in simpler situations and receiving guidance in more complex situations.
- Support of pilot scale and production trials, e.g. fermenter inoculation, downstream processing, formulation, and packaging of biological active ingredients.
- Prepare and ensure that there is all material for the analysis and testing, e.g. culture medium, petri dish, falcon tube.
- Independent planning and execution of laboratory tasks, including discussion of results within the team and, where applicable, in cross functional teams.
- Responsibility for assigned laboratory equipment (e.g. microscopes, climate chambers, Micropipette, BOD, scales, refrigerator), including functionality checks and maintenance.
- Preparation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for methods.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and reliability, combined with a strong commitment to quality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills, combined with good analytical thinking.
- Good hand eye coordination and motor skills (e.g. for weighing, transferring, dispensing, and pipetting).
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Knowledge of standard microbiological methods are an advantage.
- English skills are an advantage.
