Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to enterprise innovation & strategy initiatives supporting standards, automations & AI, and advanced diagnostic solutions.
• Work in partnership with product engineering and customer support representatives to identify and define solutions improving product troubleshooting pain-points, technician efficiency, and customer uptime.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support organizations to define hardware, software, and technical information requirements minimizing time to diagnose and repair.
• Support project leaders, lead technical information specialists, and training development specialists to create and execute content development plans that meets quality, efficiency, and economic requirements.
• Lead and conduct technical content reviews supporting quality and accuracy of content.
• Provide work direction, mentoring, and training to local and remote authoring resources.

Requisitos

• Complete degree in Engineering, Technologist, Ag/Ag Sciences, or other technical fields.
• Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, negotiates and provides training.
• Thorough knowledge in engineering principles, theory, and practice.
• Demonstrated technical experience troubleshooting systems, functions, and components.
• Technical and analytical skills to detect, diagnose, and resolve complex machine issues, particularly with hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Proven organization skills, decision making, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience and knowledge of Product Development and Customer & Product Support processes.
• Experience developing and integrating process improvements through application of digital dexterity tools, such as automations, AI, data & analytics.
• Experience and knowledge with technical information development systems, processes, and tools.
• Experience working with local and global teams.
