Responsabilidades

• Per Customer Request or project brief – lead project team and manage creative briefs to meet project objectives with little/no management supervision. Ensure timely and quality brief execution.
• Keep abreast of latest technical knowledge in terms of flavor ingredients, formulations and processes through networking, interacting with suppliers, study and training.
• Provide technical flavor support to internal and external customers as needed. Provide ongoing support in the development of winning collections; lead tonality selection team as assigned.
• Work with Sales and BU to maintain relationships at our customers and participate in a team-selling approach. Interface with other support groups at empresa, e.g. Regulatory, SCIN, Sensory, to anticipate customer needs and properly address commercial opportunities.
• Participate in the global Flavor Creation community, supporting colleagues in other zones as needed in flavor creation or creative insights.
• Adhere to good creative practice, formulating with a vision of reducing complexity while producing high quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives. Maintain organized and efficient laboratory equipment and environment. Maintain records for easy retrieval and clarity.

Requisitos

• BS degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or Life Sciences.
• Experience in sweets & beverages flavors creation.
• Solid Project Management experience.
• Team Player.
• Ability to build & maintain strategic working relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
