Responsabilidades

  • P&L Management.
  • Ensure the achievement of the business growth targets.
  • Manage full P&L and maximize portfolio gross profit.
  • Influence end to end performance across the strategic unit.
  • Planning (SPP, SOP, FCST).
  • Build and secure S&OP/Forecast numbers, managing Risks and Opportunities.
  • Develop strategic portfolio plan (SPP) considering product strategy, GP%, cost, and brand plan.
  • Campaigns (Pricing and Promotion).
  • Monitor and anticipate market dynamics (competitors, growers, pricing trends).
  • Lead campaign design and approval; ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategy.
  • Build and promote value proposition messages in collaboration with Agronomy and Communication teams.
  • Define promotional strategies and align with communication team.
  • Ensure campaign alignment with go to market strategy and access strategy.
  • Leverage financial tools to enhance campaigns.
  • Ensure timely offer launches and track performance (volume, pricing, autonomy).
  • Manage and approval prices and discount.
  • Build and manage campaign Risks and Opportunities.
  • Product and Portfolio Management.
  • Define 2 year product strategy and align demand in SPP and BAP.
  • Manage commercial PLC (Launching and ramp up volume).
  • Support development of 5 year plan.
  • Create and manage demand generation strategy with Agronomy and Sales teams.
  • Create the product value proposition.
  • Contribute to advancement, go/no-go, and channeling processes.
  • Marketing and Regional Alignment.
  • Build tactical marketing plans in alignment with Sales and Agronomy.
  • Support regional business plans.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Agronomy, Finance, Pricing, Sales, Operations, P&S, Communication, Product Manager).
  • Manage actions to gain market share.
  • Ensure strong regional presence and alignment with farmer/distributor agenda.
  • Provide inputs on access and strategies for go to market team.
  • WL5A.

Requisitos

  • QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
    • Solid experience in portfolio management, brand strategy and marketing execution.
    • Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management.
    • Strong technical knowledge in seeds crops.
    • Deep understanding of agricultural markets, especially seeds and technology.
    • Expertise in campaign management, pricing strategy and product launches.
    • Strong cross functional collaboration and influence skills.
    • Ability to navigate S&OP, forecasting and integrated planning process.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, BI systems and market tracking tools.
    • Advanced English.
