Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, data science, and operations, to ensure successful product communication and customer engagement.
  • Develop a deep technical knowledge of our products, including their strengths, limitations, value, and cost drivers.
  • Partner with Sales Managers on sales meetings and presentations.
  • Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate those needs into viable solutions.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute tailored product demonstrations to show how the product satisfies requirements and solves problems.
  • Support commercialization of our products and services by working with the technical teams to write winning proposals and produce technical content for the product sales and marketing teams.
  • Test and demonstrate new features that meet customer needs.
  • Work with Account Managers to add prospective feature requests based on opportunity size.
  • Support the creation of sales engineering presentations that effectively communicate the value of a empresa’s services to potential customers.

Requisitos

  • QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
    • Agricultural Industry Background: +5 years in Agriculture sector, with deep understanding of agronomist and farmer operations crop production cycle, and ideally agricultural decision-making processes.
    • Technical Competency: Working knowledge of agricultural and geospatial platforms, satellite/remote sensing data, API-based integrations, and data analytics worflows.Comfortable with Python scripting concepts, crop modeling principles, and ML/AI applications in precision agriculture.
    • Sales mindset and customer focus especially for B2B sales.
    • Understanding of sales methodologies, ability to present to customers.
    • Negotiation and problem-solving skill, ability to listen and discover.
    • Ability to collaborate and contribute within defined processes.
    • Experience in solutioning and demoing Agro solutions.
    • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
    • Technical skills: Python, basic knowledge of Ag and data science including ML/AI.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
    • Azure and AWS experience.
    • GIS and remote sensing experience.
    • Spanish proficiency.
