Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and lead sensory projects with multiple priorities.
• Manage the execution, analysis, and reporting of sensory studies.
• Lead sensory panel sessions and ensure data quality control.
• Work closely with technical and creative teams to validate and refine fragrance innovations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of sensory data and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sensory science.
• Contribute to the development of new sensory methodologies and technologies.

Requisitos

• Education: bachelor’s degree in sensory science, food science, chemistry, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in sensory evaluation or a related field, with a proven track record of leading sensory projects.
• Languages: Proficiency in english is required.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Technical skills: Expertise in sensory evaluation techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., spss, xlstat) and sensory data management tools.
• Key behaviors: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through previous project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, evidenced by successful cross-functional collaborations.
