Responsibilities

• Responsible for QC laboratory routine scheduling, as well as resource planning.
• Lead the QC Analyst team, guiding and ensuring that activities are executed within the time, quality and safety of the staff.
• Perform data analysis, checking whether the results are within expected standards and whether there are opportunities for improvement.
• Preparation of management reports and update of internal KPIs.
• Participation in technical processes and activities in the QC laboratory, supporting the lab routine and ensuring the delivery of results within the time.
• Ensure that accurately data is recorded in lab notebooks and digital applications.
• Write and review SOPs, non-conformances, technical reports, and general quality documentation.
• Comply with the Quality Program procedures and policies, as well as H&S standards.
• Time flexibility – for weekends and holidays occasionally when necessary.

Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Eng, Chemistry, or related areas.
• Strong experience in laboratory routine and resource planning.
• Well-developed organisational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including team building and cohesion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to actively listen.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Critical vision and good analytical skills.
• Postgraduate degree or strong experience in the biotech and/or data analysis fields is an advantage.
• Good Manufactory Practice knowledge is a differential.
• Advanced English level.
