Descrição

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all seed products comply with local and international regulations in Brazil and Paraguay. This includes registration, labeling, packaging, and distribution requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory authorities to obtain register of inbreeds, cultivars and hybrids (RNC/SENAVE); obtain Plant Variety Protection (PVP); submit the list of commercial materials for Zoning Agricultural (ZARC); and provide support to multi cross teams to attend seeds business needs. Maintain accurate records of all regulatory activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government agencies (MAPA), industry associations (ABRASEM and CLB), and other stakeholders to stay updated on regulatory changes and advocate for the company’s interests.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess regulatory risks related to seed products. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on seeds regulatory requirements and best practices. Ensure all relevant staff are informed about seeds regulatory changes and their implications.
• Market Surveillance: Monitor the market for compliance issues and emerging regulatory trends. Conduct audits and inspections as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure new products meet regulatory standards from the outset.

Requisitos

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in seeds regulatory.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks in Brazil and Paraguay. Familiarity with international seed regulations is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proactivity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
