What would your role look like?

• To support Sales Team to achieve sales target supporting technically our direct and indirect customers
• To support our business partner in technical services giving technical positioning guides, trainings, support in diagnose and lectures
• To be aligned with corporate team, the technical regionalization strategy and communication
• Generate local data and select material (eg. Tech bulletin, papers, presentations…) from global area to be used in the region
• To work on regional trials management since design, approval, execution, conclusion and publish data
• To be aligned to the leadership, commercial and marketing strategy
• To structure, organize and execute the technical services offer
• To be close to the main KOL in the region, feeding with updated information about studies and product or services launches
• To support actions in Key Accounts and Strategic Accounts

Who are we looking for?

• Veterinary medicine or Agronomist degree with a level of Master of Science or pHD
• Min. of 5 years in Tech Services in International Agro Science Company
• Desirable to have extensive knowledge in Silage and Cattle production or related input industries (pharma, feed, additives)
• Request Advanced English and upper Intermediate Spanish
• Desirable Management experience: to manage expenses budget, distributor and be organized
• Team player who fosters teamwork, inclusion, adaptability, and transparency across a multi-cultural organisation with a sense of urgency and understanding of how to deliver full value to customers
• Strong communication skills and scientific understanding enabling translation of difficult technical topics to compelling and easy to understand narratives and messages
• People leader, who inspires, motivates, and challenges the team/ team members, which fosters a constructive feedback culture
• Energetic Proactive driver who through example sets ambitious targets, are well-organized and are able to communicate effectively both internally as well as externally
