The Role

  • To further drive the growth of the company, we are seeking a results-oriented Sales manager Brazil for feed, petfood and aqua. This role will independently build and maintain a commercial relationship network with both existing and new customers and will be critical in achieving the ambitious growth plans for the coming years.

Job Challenge

  • The sales manager will at first focus on Brazil with potential growth to LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy
  • Cultivate new business relationships and build a client portfolio in the Brazil territory (feed, pet food and aquafeed).
  • Set and achieve ambitious targets
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Hold meetings with strategic people in the market
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales presentations.
  • Carry out market research and analysis to keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to provide information on market performance.
  • Travel throughout the Brazil region to meet with customers and distributors.
  • Advocate for customers, always acting as a team.
  • Carry out administrative sales tasks, such as handling export documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within the animal nutrition industry (feed, pet food and aquafeed). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the BRAZIL animal nutrition market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and ability to communicate in English
