Atividades

  • Drive and coach a trainee to create and deploy sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Ensure that the sales force is differentiated in terms of knowledge and technical skills when compared to competition.
  • Build and manage the training plans aligned with the BU strategy and the brands, in addition to ensuring their execution.
  • Be a strategic partner for the marketing and sales teams, making it critical to the optimal execution of branding strategies.
  • Provide direct and focused feedback on the development of Sales Force during field training and follow-ups, always aligned with the territorial manager.
  • Ensure the quality of Sales Force training, by consistently building and managing the training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Seek out new training methodologies and enable to train the sales force.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations from the partners.
  • Manage and Control Sales training budget.
  • Make the CVS (Customer Value Selling) methodology the interaction model with our clients and through it identify the needs of the clients and business opportunities.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal science, veterinarians, or administrative professions. MBA is desirable.
  • 4+ years of experience in Field sales or training sales.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish desirable.
  • Travel: 70% of the time.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence other people in different functions and levels.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions.
  • Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Techniques of Andragogy is a plus.
  • Negotiation techniques and sales.
  • Client and conflict management.
  • Focus on results.
