• Responsible for marketing strategy for Run The Business and to consolidate Portfolio Offering for Coops and Dealers, focused on Sales Campaigns, Promotion and Price Management
  Responsible to create and execute Company Strategy for Seeds in Cor (summer and safrinha), Sorghum and soy.
• CONSOLIDATING Portfolio strategy, segmentation, define 4P strategy w/in annual and mid-term marketing plans.
• Responsible to create and implement Customized Sales Campaigns depending on market & customer needs for each Region and deliver the target price.
• Key stakeholder for demand forecast with inputs and clear assumptions (CY+2) for Portfolio revenue and contribution margin.
• It will operate in the states of RS, SC, PR, SP, MG, SE, AL and BA (east). Availability to travel is essential.
• Working directly with Business Intelligence, RTM and Com. Effectiveness Team, Supply chain team, Agronomy team and partner of FMM (Field Market Manager).
• Expected to directly interaction with Global teams to price models.
• Impact communication.
• Leadership by influence, without direct reporting.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Seeds Business in this region;
• Degree in Agronomy, Administration, Marketing or correlated areas;
• Work experience 10 years – Marketing and Sales;
• MBA is considered a differentiation;
• English level – Advanced;
• Office package – Power Point, Excel (Advanced);
• Knowledge of the distribution system will be an advantage.
