Atividades

• Develops and implements complex and large-scale marketing plans using advanced techniques.
• Accountable for market segmentation, market research, product marketing, interactive marketing, marketing communications, pricing, branding, advertising. Initiates, organizes, and coordinates the marketing activities for a major group of products/product lines, in order to develop and maintain strong brand awareness and maximize short- and long-term sales volumes and profits.
• Interprets and translates commercial issues into the local project plan.
• In charge of PLCM, demand and forecasting for existing brands.
• Work with Crop team and commercial team on Annual Integrated Market plan, campaign plan, etc.
• Develops long and short-term business and marketing plans for major products to meet share, volume, and profit objectives.
• Identifies long term opportunities within the marketplace and prepares plans to develop, test and launch new products.
• Including the validation of technical concepts and product concepts, supported by the LPCT organization.
• In charge of marketing and launch plan, works within local product concept teams on commercial and technical positioning at customer level.
• Designs and implements pre-launch and post-launch communications for projects.

Qualificações

• Market Understanding and Crop Protection.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic Marketing positions.
• Robust experience in other business areas such as Sales, Research and development and Related of the Product Strategy.
• Previous experience in similar roles, NPI (new product introduction) experience is requested.
• Experience related to strategic design of product portfolio, positioning, pricing, and vision of the market needs; Understanding the market for soybeans, corn, and cotton.
• Program/Projects Management Skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills (Strategic; Collaborative, Value Differences, Curious).
• Focus on Customers: customer Insights; Segmentation; Targeting; Positioning and Value Propositions; Marketing Mix.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
