Main responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance, reporting progress to top management
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO and HQ in formulating business strategies
• Assist in assessing new business viability, products and plans
• Ensure the efficiency of commercial operations and adequate resources management
• Lead and guide the commercial team towards the company’s goals and objectives
• Responsible for leading and conducting sales, directors and sales team daily operations, supporting CEO
• Responsible for communication and cooperation with China HQ regarding supply chain, pricing, and distribution channels
• Manage the Logistics team, implementing best practices, negotiating with logistics partners and delivering company and client efficiency

 Requirements

• Education: Agricultural Engineering
• Postgraduate degree or MBA: in Agribusiness Management or People Management (desirable)
• Experiences:
  • As manager of multidisciplinary teams in agribusiness
  • Commercial or Regional Sales Manager for agricultural pesticides
  • Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Strategic Operational Planning
  • Leadership and people management
• Knowledge:
  • About market dynamic, competitors, and trends in the agricultural pesticides sector
  • Supply chain, prices, and distribution channels
  • National agribusiness logistics
  • Customer Service in the field of agricultural pesticides
  • Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
