Responsibilities

In‌ ‌this‌ ‌role‌, ‌you‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌responsible‌ ‌for‌ ‌assisting‌ ‌enterprise customers throughout their entire customer journey: land | onboard | adoption & use | renewal. You will play a pivotal role by eliminating obstacles to expedite their recognition of product value and expanding their annual contract value.

Skills‌ ‌&‌ ‌Experience‌ ‌Required

• Associates or bachelors degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌Ag‌ ‌Engineering,‌ ‌Ag‌ ‌Business,‌ ‌or‌ GIS (‌industry‌-‌related‌ ‌field‌ experience can supplement these education requirements).
• Professional Communication Mastery: Demonstrate refined professional communication skills with peers, managers, and upper management, fostering effective collaboration.
• Fluent‌ ‌in‌ ‌English, and‌ ‌other‌ ‌languages‌ ‌are‌ ‌a‌ ‌plus‌ .
• Proficient‌ ‌in‌ ‌presenting‌ ‌and‌ ‌public‌ ‌speaking,‌ ‌including‌ ‌technical‌ ‌training‌ ‌and demonstrations‌.
• Minimum of three years experience in training or technical support.
• Experience with training collateral creation. E-Learn platform knowledge is a plus.
• Experience‌ ‌with‌ ‌Microsoft‌ ‌applications‌ ‌&‌ ‌comfortable‌ ‌learning‌ ‌new‌ ‌computer‌ ‌applications.
• Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌collaborate‌ ‌with‌ ‌team‌ ‌members‌ ‌both‌ ‌in‌-‌person ‌and‌ ‌virtually‌.
• Matrix Organization Agility: Operate seamlessly within a matrix/multifunctional business organization, showcasing adaptability and collaboration across different functions.
• Deep knowledge of products and solutions.
• Creative Problem Solving: Utilize a creative and logical mindset to solve problems effectively, contributing to a proactive and solution-oriented work environment.
