About the Role

Based in São Paulo, this role is a mix of intermediary between client, broker and insurer, fast-paced areas that require a very flexible approach. You will contact clients and brokers directly.

The main tasks/activities are:

• Develop distribution channels and identify opportunities
• Maintenance and prospecting of clients
• Assist in the preliminary analysis of submissions from the lines of business in which the company operates, offer proposals for businesses as leaders or co-insurers
• Visits to brokers and clients to build and promote relationships
• Develop strategies to expand the portfolio and make Cross-sell other lines of business in collaboration with underwriting
• Build and maintain knowledge of the Brazilian insurance market in relation to insurance legislation and regulation, as well as brokers and competitors.

About You

You have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well; New ideas excite you, you like challenges and you want to explore new experiences and possibilities.

• Essentials:
  • Degree in: Engineering, Agronomy, Administration, Economics, Marketing. Specialization course will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in managing people and channels, conducting meetings.
  • General knowledge of the Brazilian insurance market
  • Creation and development of intelligence in channel management and development.
  • Availability to travel.
•  Desirable to have:
  • Good fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience in team and project management.
