Job description

• Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to lead the implementation of HSE management system, processes, & programs in the region in compliance with the requirements established by company, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes, & compliance programs for suitability & effectiveness to minimize HSE risks exposure and enhance HSE performance.
• Lead the activities/ programs/ initiatives that contribute to the achievement of Global HSE and HSE Management System & Compliance objectives and alignment strategies.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for management system & compliance related requirements specific to the sites in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing job;
• 5-8 years’ work experience; with preferred experience:
  • 5+ years HSE experience/exposure (management system, compliance, processes, operational/ project execution).
  • 5+ years in process improvement experience.
• Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider;
• Strong facilitation, networking, & communication skills;
• Expertise knowledge & experience in the development & implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance/ regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s);
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Desirable previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
