Description

• Partner with leaders to develop and deliver the roadmap for the Regional Seed Production and Supply Chain unit to drive business value through portfolio management and operations management capabilities.
• Manage the development, prioritization, and alignment of the regional strategic initiative portfolio.
• Effectively transition key initiatives including, but not limited to productivity, capital, digital, and supply chain process improvements from ideation and the signaling of strategic intent to execution and value capture.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams and activities as needed to support delivery of the strategic roadmap – from defining the plan and timeline to monitoring progress, and ultimately capturing value.
• Act as a strategic liaison to regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, which includes the organization, preparation, and presentation of communication materials.
• Manage the operational cadences, agenda, and actions for the regional leadership team.
• Synthesize and analyze data, provide insights, and present mitigation approaches to the Global Strategic Planning Manager to assist with decision making and prioritization.
• Lead or directly manage special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Business, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equiv. field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years experience, proven ability to track and coordinate concurrent complex and cross-functional projects & deadlines.
• Project management experience.
• Fluent English is a must. Spanish will be a plus.
• Strong general business competencies; strong analytical aptitude; ability to take complex information and summarize it in a meaningful way; ability to work effectively cross functionally and across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in completing project valuations and/or portfolio analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in change management.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage interactions and influence without authority.
• Capable of enabling team functionality and promoting team commitment and success to common objectives.
