Main responsibilities

• Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of commercial strategies
• Ensure sales and marketing goals achievement
• Develop and monitor team results indicators
• Manage sales forecasts by customer, ensuring fulfillment of short-term goals
• Manage effective application of the Commercial and Pricing Policy, ensuring business target profitability
• Ensure that the Credit and Collection Policy is followed by the team
• Manage Product Portfolio & Services, building the Marketing Plans

Requirements

• Education: Agronomy
• Graduate or MBA: in Business Management or Agribusiness Management (desirable)
• Proven experience and knowledge:
  • Solid commercial and marketing management within crop protection market
  • Pricing Management and Commercial Policies
  • Wide range of business management indicators
  • Business Plans and Marketing Plans
  • Development of high-performance teams
  • Domain the Office package
• Language: fluent English (mandatory)
