Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and punctuality of documentation that certifies the quality and safety of food in export products (Ex.: Complete traceability).
• Coordinate the receipt of complaints from customers and consumers, related to the import and export of products, including:
  • Import: Monitor the area’s KPIs, through reports of results and trends, seeking continuous improvement, through actions and projects. Lead the handling of complaints, root cause analysis, action plan and effectiveness verification (Ex.: NC, PRIMP, CAPA), together with the product’s factory of origin. Receive complaints from consumers via Consumer Service related to non-conformities in products and negative impacts on owners and pets, analyze the complaints and produce a technical response for SAC to return to the consumer.
  • Export: Receive customer complaints related to product non-conformities (e.g.: transport damage, invoice errors, packaging problems, quantity, among others). Analyze complaints from the country of destination of the products and write a technical response for Consumer Service. Lead the handling of complaints, root cause analysis, action plan and effectiveness verification (Ex.: NC, PRIMP, CAPA), with RCD.
• Monitor the area’s KPIs, through reports of results and trends, seeking continuous improvement, through actions and projects.

• Education & Professional Qualification;
• Mandatory graduation in Veterinary, Agronomy or Zootechnics;
• Active professional category council;
• Fluent Spanish;
• Fluent English.
