Key accountabilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor an impactful marketing strategy for the Mycotoxins Risk Management (MRM) division in the Americas. Collaborate closely with the Global Technical Commercial Manager to shape yearly and 3-year plans, with a specific focus on Latin America. Your visionary leadership will be the driving force behind our market expansion and customer engagement.
• Take charge of the sales targets for the current fiscal year, aligning them seamlessly with the overarching 3-year strategic plan. Your ability to execute and your deep understanding of the Toxo Range of products will ensure our market presence and revenue growth remain on a steady upward trajectory.
• As the face of our organization, promptly address concerns raised by colleagues within company OpCos and customers across the Americas. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and technical expertise will nurture strong and lasting relationships, solidifying our position as a trusted industry leader.
• Craft an array of customer-centric products (Toxo Range) and services precisely tailored to diverse market segments. By staying attuned to customer needs and industry trends, you’ll lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge solutions that set us apart from the competition.
• Provide technical and positioning training to both our internal technical and sales teams, as well as distribution partners within company. Your guidance will empower our teams to effectively promote and support our offerings, contributing directly to our market success.
• 50% of your time is travelling in this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary science or Animal Sciences is a must. Those with master’s in veterinary science or animal science will be given the preference.
• 10+ years’ of experience in strategic marketing positions and experience in B2B and B2F environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in technical, sales or product management related to mycotoxin binders or mycotoxin mitigation products will be given the preference.
• Should enjoy international business drive and has worked in matrix organization.
