Key Accountabilities

• Implement and manage field pilots with downstream customers (regenerative agriculture, low carbon farming and others).
• Prepare reports for downstream costumers on pilot results.
• Implement and manage sustainable agriculture programs in the region.
• Supervise the implementation of water projects on the region.
• Coordinate and plan field activities with implementor partners.
• Work closely with the Scope 3 team, in order to supervise field projects related to carbon emission interventions.
• Identify opportunities in the field, for low carbon agriculture pilots and engage with the internal teams to design new offers for farmers.
• Support the Scope 3 and Water team in collecting field data to report progress towards corporate commitments.
• Support coordination of field activities between implementing partners and the commercial team.
• Provide trainning for the commercial team on low carbon farming and water.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Relevant experience of related work.
  • Experience in agronomy and carbon emissions within the agricultural chain.
  • Advanced English.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s related to the area.
  • Spanish.
