Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the development, adoption and implementation of HSE programs and policies for Brazil Row Crops Uberlândia and Itaí sites in alignment with global and regional HSE strategy.
• As a member of the HSE Brazil Leadership Team as well as the site Leadership Team, ensuring that the HSE strategy is aligned to enable critical performance elements and legal compliance of the locations under your responsibilities.
• Provide direct oversight to the HSE team, promoting their technical development, compliance with applicable local legislation, as well as internal procedures, aiming to achieve the goals proposed by the HSE area.

Requisitos

• University Degree, Engineering, Science, or related fields (Master or equivalent).
• Proven HSE experience or knowledge of HSE related processes.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation (NR’s) + nice to have NR31.
• Auditor experience and knowledge of management systems compliant with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Advanced Investigation abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees of all levels within the organization to ensure clear understanding of Company HSE policies and procedures.
• Strong Leadership and soft skills, such as executive presence, customer focus, collaboration and drive vision and purpose.
• Coordination skills of multi-functional and multi-site teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform Safety and Compliance Training.
• Upper Intermediate/Advanced English (need to communicate) and one major language of the region.
• Mandatory: Live in Uberlândia, MG.
• On-site work model.
• Able to travel to remote locations.
