Atribuições e Responsabilidades
- Identify and discuss businesses needs for product positioning and insect & disease management in relation to hybrid characteristics, biotech traits and environmental insect and disease pressure connected with company CP recommendations;
- Define the protocols, perform data analysis and develop the recommendations for Biotech and Disease integrating Crop Protection management;
- Align together with Crop Protection team the recommendations of insects, diseases & weed management for implementing testing network for:
- the hybrid response to the number and moments of fungicide applications for each defensive profile hybrid;
- the biotech response to the number and moments of application of insecticides for the management pests in general, mainly those that affect corn biotechnologies.
- integration the weed management according technology and management conditions mainly those that affect corn biotechnologies;
- Coordinate, discuss and align with Breeding Plant Health the specific hybrid profile;
- Technical responsible for regulated biotechnology, identifying synergies with Regulatory in data generation ensuring quantity and quality of information;
- Co-work with the IRM team to Seed & Trait insect monitoring resistance (Biotech);
- Collaborate the development of insects and diseases prediction models;
- Represent MD organization in forums and decisions about Technology Adoption model, launching team and MD processes connecting Corn business & CP Bayer products;
- Technical reference on field tours, events, trainings and action plans that addresses insects and diseases related to hybrid profiles, biotech traits and managements;
Requisitos/Perfil Desejado
- University degree in in Agronomy, Biotechnology, Biology, Plant phatology, Entomology and Molecular Biology with a MS or PhD in the mentioned areas;
- Strong experience in research trials, data collection, data analysis and presenting information. Experience in research or market development position;
- Experience working with R or Python for statistical analysis;
- Strong problem solving skill and influence skills Strong analytical, statistical with experience presenting results to varied audiences & influencing project direction/strategy;
- Ability to actively engage with internal partners & external collaborators to align strategies & success measures in analytics. Planning and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
