Job Responsabilities

  • Coordinate and Manage all Dealer activities at his region
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, parts, service, management resources and dealers, in order to meet products performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Guarantee the best customer experience with Fendt Products, being a multifunctional professional, that includes, despite sales, to create demands through education, events and Demo programs, and actively provide customer support as the 1st layer.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for his region.
  • Ownership to create and implement all tactical marketing activities, including regional Demo program, side by side comparisons, pre series validation, collect data (images, results, etc.) to marketing purpose,
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, which includes not only Fendt portfolio full knowledge but also agronomic benefits and knowledge.
  • As representing a premium brand in the region, shall be responsible for brand image and value, with ownership and ethical behavior and professional relationships.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agronomy, Administration or relatives courses;
  • Advanced English;
  • Qualifications and Experience in Agronomic / Agriculture expertise (mainly in Soy, corn and cotton);
  • Experience with Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Parts, ATS);
  • Experience in strategic sales experience in ag machine business-to-business sales environment.
