• Leads the team of Technical Services specialists, ensuring synergy with the Marketing area for creating and integrating solutions, generating value for customers and competitive advantage for the BU, through the development of new protocols, clinical trials, tools, materials, technical support and relationship programs.
• Actively participates in the definition and execution of BU strategies.
• Leads and executes the Best in Class plan, ensuring that the team is recognized as a reference by customers and the market, and the company is chosen by producers as a preferred partner.
• Develops, implements and monitors BU’s technical training program, in collaboration with the L&D (Learning & Development) area, to support technical fluency and continued education of colleagues.
• Leads the preparation of content and the technical agenda of the onboarding program and core curriculum in the BU, for training new colleagues.
• Leads efforts to identify and execute (where appropriate) phase 3 and 4 studies.
• Ensures appropriate knowledge and proficiency of the technical team and works collaboratively with the L&D area to identify training and development needs.
• Provides guidance and coaching on program execution, health protocols, and how to influence customers and technicians.
• Prepares specialists to adequately analyze and interpret the results of studies/clinical research, with the aim of extracting relevant information for the business.
• Acts as a facilitator of the dissemination of technical knowledge through all levels of the organization.
• Ensures execution of technical plans, through influence and leadership over the demand generation team.
• Defines the plan for publishing clinical studies/data surveys and active participation in scientific congresses.
• Develops, narrows and maintains relationships with KOLs and academia, influencing and monitoring the scientific and business environments.
• Leads efforts to resolve pharmacovigilance cases, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supports the Regulatory Affairs team regarding product registration processes and/or revalidation of licenses with the Ministry of Agriculture.
• Provides assistance in managing call center related activities (0800).

Qualificações

• BSc in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Graduate education (MSc, PhD), preferably in an area related to the function.
• Experience of at least 10 years working in the veterinary segment, whether in the animal health industry or as a consultant.  Experience in business (sales, marketing) is desirable.
• Success in previous roles leading people and designing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of market dynamics for veterinary products.
