Job description

• Ensure compliance with HSE-related contractual requirements: ordinary and extraordinary customer requests.
• Keep updated the management database of the demands related to the client.
• Represent the HSE department in ordinary and extraordinary meetings, internal or with the client.
• Direct and support the HSE team regarding the management of customer and HSE related demands.
• Interfacing with project departments to ensure effective management of customer and HSE demands.
• Support the incident investigation processes as well as ensure that the respective action plans are met.
• Support the contract department in the preparation of claims for fines related to HSE issues.
• Promote the elaboration and visibility of HSE indicators for the contract demands and perform the periodic critical analysis of the HSE management system indicators

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or other engineering; Occupational Safety Technologist or Administration.
• MBA in Workplace Safety and Environment, Statistics and Data Analysis (desirable)
• Advanced English
• Good knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Power BI
• Knowledge of HSE Legislation and Standards (desirable)
• Knowledge of HSE Management System (desirable)
• Experience with Document Control, records and procedures (desirable)
• Experience in managing deviations and nonconformities
• Experience in investigation of accidents and incidents
• Knowledge of monitoring and development of Performance Indicators of the HSE Management System
