Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the point person on the product development team using high level perspective to define goals and create a vision for product development projects.
• Own product strategy and solution, from inception to delivery and identify business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the board including customers, business managers and the development team to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress.
• Represent the voice of customer by engaging with customers and business teams to define and refine product increments, and understand in depth existing and required processes, data requirements and other interdependencies.
• Create product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time, to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution.
• Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
• Communicate technical challenges/outages to teams and product stakeholders.
• Partner collaboratively with the team and with identified regional commercial tags to develop and deploy a go-to-market strategy.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience.
  • Clear understanding of agile values, frameworks and metrics.
  • Experience leading change and communication with a large and diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables.
  • Fluency in English.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Leading and coaching teams, also remotely.
  • Understanding CX (Customer experience) concepts and their applications.
  • Product management or product development experience (strongly preferred).
  • Agile & Six Sigma certification or any other project management certifications.
  • Track record in implementing customer facing digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and process optimization.
  • Team and networking mindset – Innovative, creative, adaptable – Strategic thinker.
  • An experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Experience in Agribusiness.
