YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO

• Implementation and management of all commercial activities in his regional: regional profitability, expenses control, returns, demand and supply of our products, accuracy in all forecast process;
• Full management of sales: dealers, direct sales and coops management;
• Ensure the demand generation in the Sementes Agroeste 1:1 growers through the sales reps;
• Follow up the KPIs and drive the team to reach all the targets assumed. Including safety goals;
• Ensure the correct usage of the sales tools (My Office, business foundation and Brand plan, Annual Commercial Plan Strategy etc.);
• To keep aware with the market trends, and always looking for new talents for the team;
• Ensure full implementation of the sales, brand, access, price and institutional strategy;
• Manage the credit risks of your accounts;
• To be able to give right direction to team members in order to ensure the full implementation of the strategy and commercial KPYs and also work close of each one member of his team aim personal and professional development;
• People Management/Development: Ensure full compliance with People Process (Talent Review, D&P, IDP, etc) focusing on prepare future leaders feeding a robust succession planning investing time on talent acquisition/management, and diversity and inclusion.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Agronomy, Business Administration or Engineering Graduation;
• Very strong experience on leading commercial / marketing teams;
• Knowledge of seeds market, especially corn;
• Advanced English.
