Descrição

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to join our agriculture team in Brazil. Our company  work with Plant Nutrition and Crop Protection business sectors and related product portfolios in Brazil.The Sales Manager will be responsible for the direct sales & territory management:

  • Profitably grow a diversified territory within the Plant Nutrition and Crop Protection sectors
  • Build a strong network of industry leading customers and contacts
  • Collaborate with team members and manager to develop & implement strategic territory plans to optimize market growth and profit
  • Coordinate sales, service, inventory and technical activities necessary to support territory development
  • Champion new business development within the responsible business sectors
  • Collaborate between interdepartmental teams in a cross-cultural, international organization Achieve personal mastery of Borregaard’s product technology and apply to specific market, customer, and application needs
  • Timely submit business reports, CRM reports, budgets & forecasts

Requisitos

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Agronomy, Soil Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years technical sales and/or sales management experience in the Plant Nutrition, Crop Protection or related
  • Agricultural industry
  • Advanced understanding of the agricultural market. Knowledge or active experience of applications within BioStimulants or BioControl as it relates to Sustainable Farming is an advantage
  • Ability to develop value-based solutions to solve customer needs. Apply these principles to grow our business with existing and new customers
  • Strong commercial and technical presentation skills
  • Computer & software competency including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM programs and social media as a business tool
  • Communication & interpersonal skills necessary to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural international company
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, verbal and written. Intermediate or higher fluency in Spanish desired
