Atividades

• Ensure compliance with the forestry plan (planting, preparation and maintenance of forests) through resource sizing (labor, supplies, equipment, etc.).
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget planning through critical analysis of the distribution of activities and their income.
• Ensure quality of operations by maintaining the established quality standards.
• Ensuring the motivation of the team encouraging the fulfillment of its goals through training, performance reviews and feedback constant.
• To contribute to worker safety by meeting the guidance programs, training, inspection and awareness of employees and contractors employees.
• To contribute to integration between the areas through systematic that compromises the entire team.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies to improve processes to reduce costs.
• Ensure technical assistance for fostered through visits and training guidelines for forests focusing on high productivity and low cost.
• Support for evaluating purchasing viability / land lease through surveys for knowledge of topography, access, soil quality and design of the area suitable for planting.

Requisitos

• Superior completo em Engenharia Florestal, Ambiental, Agronômica e/ou áreas relacionadas;
• Sólida experiência com atividades de Silvicultura;
• Sólida experiência com gestão de equipes;
• Pacote Office avançado;
• Conhecimento em SGF.
