YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO

• Lead the development of Solutions Concepts in a standardized manner from early phases up to launch, including Registration dossier submission (End-to-End pipeline) to grant global/regional/cluster advancing decision for approved product/solution pipeline and ensure a flawless communication process;
• Responsible for harmonizing and elaborating the field development plan, experimental and official protocols, define the technical profile and positioning of new solutions and support the project decision and execution based on all data generated to create value for Customers
• Ensure adherence to the Regional Crop Strategies together with the LATAM Crop Agronomic Solutions Leads, and Cluster functions (Asset Management team, Reg. Science, Customer marketing, Market Development, Sales, Digital Farming Solutions);
• Define the need for testing new molecules in LATAM and the testing strategies, with basis on alignment with Global ASMs, regional Marketing, Market Development and grower needs;
• Provides strategic advice and direction to the definition of crop strategies together with Marketing and Market Development in line with regional and global functions and grower insights; steer and supervise the implementation of the agreed crop strategies on a regional and/or level
• Ensure fast product development to minimize time to market; contribute to global, regional and local development discussions and decisions and ensure data integrity/availability all along the process and its appropriate documentation (Solution Concept) and project management
• Accountable for adherence to global harmonized trials and Standard Evaluations LATAM;
• Monitor and be together on field trials to directly observe, products performance and identify both internal methodological improvements and Customer needs that need to be fulfilled with new solutions;
• Responsible for Biodossier Technical Review; accountable for dossier submission and support transition to automation;
• Full alignment with launching team (regional Marketing and Market Development) to ensure grower success.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• PhD degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or other correlated fields (Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Data Engineering) or MS degree with experience* or Bachelor Degree with realy solid experience in Crop Protection and/or Fruit and Vegetables Market;
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving technical strategy and innovation;
• English proficiency;
• Knowledge on advanced data analytics and information technologies;
• Strategic vision to understand customer needs to direct new solutions development and to set business priorities for the working plans;
• Ability to: network, take decisions, prioritize and communicate at several levels of the organization.
