- Implement business strategy “4Ps” in its geography, with accountability to customize it as needed to meet local market and customer needs. Responsible to negotiate and to manage 3rd Party trials contracts. To coordinate all promotional activities in its geography (events, Fair, Field Days), working directly with the Communication & Events Team. To directly interface with Customers, Dealers, Consultants and other market elements, to monitor efficiency of our Products & Applied Price. To Guide all demand generation activities “by Rep” working directly with the Sales Managers & Agronomy. Accountable to assure a successful new Products Introduction in its geography, under a Macro Strategy and working directly with R&D, Agronomy, Communication & Sales. The Field MKT Manager will be the directly responsible to train, guide, and execute Company Price Strategy in the geography, serving as a Price Gather while reporting & working directly with Business Intelligence. Expected to be an Expert in Marketing Tools and Regional Market information Gathering back & forward.
