- To better perform in this role you must have a fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of the food and beverage segment is important, band relationship in these segments or any other FMCG will be a plus. Even though my client is a B2B company, I’m interest in both B2B and B2C executives.

- Reporting to the Regional Leader you will be part of a cultural change in the organisation and of course, will keep your daily routine of managing the Sales team and results, implementing the market strategies, growing the business locally, etc. One of your main responsibilities will consist in developing your team, therefore I’m looking for a consistent and prepared leader.
