- Develop our business: you will create sales strategies and budgets with a view to maximizing market share and margins; provide status report on progress against sales budgets.
- Position our products: you will monitor flavour trends, competitive activity and product development; obtain insightful marketing data to support and nurture our business.
- Impact the bottom line: you will continuosly develop key accounts and prospects on the ground; coordinate a passionate sales team to ensure effective sales service and customer relations.
- Service our customers: you will be the reliable partner for our customers, always by their side. From customer inqueries on the application of flavours ingredients to requests for samples, data and technical support. And you will find the right solution if a complain or problem comes up.
Strong sales experience in the flavours, ingredients or food industry A degree in business or a related technical field A passion for delightful taste experiences to lead our customer to success Creativity and confidence reflected in excellent presentation An ability to set priorities and negotiate effectively Fluency in English is required.
