Our team is made up of a diverse pool of knowledge positions that allow us to pursue exciting, innovative knowledge careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>YOU&#8217;RE GOOD AT<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working<\/li>\n<li>Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely<\/li>\n<li>Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment<\/li>\n<li>Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas<\/li>\n<li>Navigating complexity and ambiguity<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a student finishing their bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s in 2024;<\/li>\n<li>You have interest in Climate &amp; Environment topics (e.g., GHG Emissions baselining, Energy transition, Sustainable supply chain, Sustainable growth, ESG reporting); willingness to develop as an expert in that area;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Portuguese and English;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in research to support market analysis appreciated;<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; and<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>YOU&#8217;LL WORK WITH As a Knowledge Intern you will collaborate with local topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
