style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>List screening criteria<\/li>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&#8217;s degree program<\/li>\n<li>Expected graduation between June 2026 and December 2026<\/li>\n<li>Desired courses: Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or similar courses<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and write in English (emails, documents, procedures, presentations) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge criteria:<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience of 1 year in a laboratory setting (e.g., internship or scientific research)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing chemical solutions, handling chemicals, conducting dilutions, and operating laboratory equipment<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Additional qualifications:\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent proficiency in English and\/or Spanish is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in animal health and nutrition analyses, compositional analysis of plant materials, enzymatic hydrolysis, or microbial experiments is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Statistical analysis experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Programming skills (e.g., Python) and knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Tableau are considered as differentiators<\/li>\n<li>Expected behavioral traits:<\/li>\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently as well as in a small team<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills for interactions with
