Junior Manager Program 2010
The aim of the Junior Manager program is to develop talents through a challenging work environment where the participant is empowered to think and make decisions in a multinational company that is leader in Brazil and in more than 40 countries.
During the 18 to 24 months program, the Junior Manager will have defined objectives based on the company’s targets and will be expected to contribute to the company’s results.
From the start, the participant is challenged to see the company as a whole, adopting a holistic view of the business process and strategy, in order to understand his/her role within the company.
During the program, the Junior Manager will be trained to deal with the challenges of a high-growth company and expected to leverage the business potential.
In order to achieve this, all participants will have access to:
On-the-job development through exposure to a highly dynamic work environment
Mentoring from the leaders
Internal and external training programs aimed at furthering business acumen and developing key technical and behavioral competencies.
Accountability in Individual projects based on the company’s strategy.
At the end of the program we expect the Junior Manager to be able to assume a managerial position within Danone.
- Danone Junior Managers must be driven by growth and success. They must be result-oriented and able to adapt to a demanding and quickly changing work context.
- Graduated between December 2007 and December 2009.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability for travel nationally and internationally.
- Foreign candidates must have a work visa.
- Selection Process.
- Positions are open to all areas.
Fase Step:
- Applications (July, August, September (08))
- Online tests: English, logics, current events, online game (August, September)
- Group assessment (September)
- Business Case (October)
- Interviews (October)
- Final results (November)
- The Junior Managers are expected to start working in November.
» Group assessment will occur in São Paulo city, South and Northeast (the names of the cities will be published prior to the event). All incurring travel expenses will be responsibility of the participants.

Gostaria de saber mais sobre esta oportunidade.Quais são os gastos? E como os trainee irão fazer pra se manter nese período.Sou formada em zootecnia pela universidade Federal do Ceará.
Atualmente, estou em estágio nos EUA e estudando na University of Minnesota.
